3djili Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

3djili (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the Platform", or "the Company") is Bangladesh's most popular online Sports Betting and gaming platform. By using this website or mobile application, you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") agree to all of the rules and terms and conditions set out below.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between 3djili and the member. If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using our platform.

• "Account" — The registered member's personal profile and wallet.

To open an account with 3djili, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Each individual may only create one account.

Prohibited Registration:

Welcome Bonus:

General Bonus Rules:

• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.

Regarding Odds:

• Published odds may change before a bet is confirmed.
• If one selection in an accumulator bet is void, that selection will be removed and the bet will remain active on the remaining selections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3djili platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collecting or misusing other members' personal information.
• Fraudulent activity directed against 3djili or other members.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

3djili reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

• In cases of terms and conditions violations.
• If KYC verification is incomplete or false information is found.
• In cases of suspicious financial activity.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.
• Upon a self-exclusion request.

Members may request account closure at any time. Available balances can be withdrawn prior to closure.

Inactive Account Fee:

After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly service fee of up to ৳100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) may be deducted.

3djili strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, the company's liability is limited in the following areas:

• Bets or data lost due to internet connection interruptions.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• In the event of a cyberattack or unforeseen technical failure.
• Account credential leaks resulting from the user's own negligence.

Under no circumstances will 3djili be liable for indirect or consequential damages beyond direct losses.
